Wondherful – Save One More Life Today
I’ve shared before about my journey with depression. I’m grateful that I was able to get help and I’m beyond grateful to be alive and be able to tell you that I am a suicide survivor. I have lost friends and family to suicide and it breaks my heart that they feel it’s they only way to stop the pain.

I wanted to introduce you all to a friend of mine, Heather, and her amazing brand, WONDERHERFUL.
Our goal, this day, is to stop a suicide, because one more suicide is one too many. Heather Funk Palacios, who is also a suicide survivor, is the founder of Wondherful and her basic mission is to save one more life every single day.
She sends out Lifeboxes to anyone she hears about that is experiencing a mental crisis, is a recent suicide survivor, is grieving a family member of a recent suicidal crisis, or is suicidal.
She personalizes each box with items for the receiver. There’s a space on her website to explain who you’re sending the box to and why.
She even includes a handwritten note in the box. If you’re struggling there is something so special about receiving a box from someone just for you. There’s something so special about knowing someone cares about, that someone is praying for you. If you would like to request a box for yourself or someone else you can do that here. If you would like to help support the cause you can do that here.

Heather also has great resources if you are struggling that you can find here.

This sounds wonderful. I have also struggled with depression off and on over the years and know how helpful it is to have a strong support system or someone you can turn to.
