Halloween S’more Dip #SweetenTheSeason

Fall is here and both the temps and the leaves are falling fast.  I absolutely love this time of year. Bonfires, scented candles, and time with friends are a must for me.  In fact, I just went on a 3 day get away with some girl friends to a lodge. We loved getting away and using the lodge’s kitchen and bonfire.

I stopped by Walmart to get ingredients for some holiday treats for the stay and got inspired when I came across their Halloween stand. All 4 sides had Halloween goodies. It’s easy to create budget friendly holiday recipes with Kraft items all from the Walmart Bake Center.

I came home with JET-PUFFED Jumbo Pumpkin Mallows, BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, KRAFT Caramel Bits, and a great idea!

My vision involved a campfire but sometimes it doesn’t work out the way we plan and we were able to make a “campfire creation” indoors.

I broke up the BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate and spaced them out on the bottom of the pan. After that I spread the KRAFT Caramel Bits over the chocolate. I put it on the stove top on medium heat. It’s wise not to walk away because they’ll melt pretty quick and you don’t want it to burn.

Once melted I topped it with the adorable JET-PUFFED Jumbo Pumpkin Mallows.  I put it in the oven under the broiler until browned. That’s it! I told you it was easy and super budget friendly!

I mixed it all up and we dunked graham crackers and short bread cookies in it.

It was unanimous, we all loved the dip! We also agreed we’d make make it again.
