Inside Out Bacon Green Bean Casserole #ThisIsMyTwist
My family loves Green Bean Casserole and I make it every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. My mother made it every year and now I’ve taken on the tradition. I love that it’s very easy to put together and I have never met anyone that doesn’t like it. In fact, I have to make a double batch because it’s such a favorite around here.
I shared with you my twist on it here, by adding bacon. It’s delicious if I do say so myself! 🙂
It made me think of putting another twist on it. While the majority of my family loves the casserole the little ones have to be coaxed to try it. They end up loving it, but they tend to turn their noses up at the “green stuff”. I was thinking if I put a fun twist on it they’d be more eager to try it with out the coaxing.
How fun does this look? It’s an inside out Green Bean Casserole! It’s also easy to make which is a win in my book.

I am really loving how this looks!! SO different than the usual green been casserole stuff that eveyone serves. I have gotten so tired of it that I have not served it in a few years. After reading this recipe I just must give this one a try this year. Thank you for sharing this!!
