Gluten Free Chocolate Pancakes with Chocolate Syrup

Gluten Free Chocolate Pancakes with Chocolate Syrup

Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut flour or Almond flour
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 coconut milk
  • 2 ripe banana

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients first then add in wet ingredients.
  2. Then Mix with a mixer
  3.  Grill on a flat top grittle or a pan on 300 degrees. Keep an eye on the edges when they start to brown and the center starts to bubble flip them!

Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and coconut oil
  2. Stir in vanilla extract
  3. Spoon over pancakes 
  4. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon

    I was wondering how much coconut milk? It just says “1coconut milk”
