Gluten Free Chocolate Pancakes with Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Coconut flour or Almond flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 1 coconut milk
- 2 ripe banana
Directions:
- Combine all dry ingredients first then add in wet ingredients.
- Then Mix with a mixer
- Grill on a flat top grittle or a pan on 300 degrees. Keep an eye on the edges when they start to brown and the center starts to bubble flip them!
Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and coconut oil
- Stir in vanilla extract
- Spoon over pancakes
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
