Beet Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, juiced (2/3 cup organic apple juice)
  • 1 large beet juiced (You can actually buy beet juice sold at health food stores. It is so much easier then juicing your own beets)
  • 1/2 banana (I freeze the bananas so that they don’t go bad)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (I use frozen organic berries)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. This is a great way to help detox your body

LOVE THIS SAUCE!! AMAZING!! I am telling eoyverne about it! It was the prefect amount of peanut butter (not overly nutty) and the spice just complimented everything so well. I look forward to trying out more of your recipes! Thank you.
