Fiero Pizza
a Unique and Tasty Experience in Sioux Falls
I just got back from Sioux Falls, SD where I traveled with two other North Iowa Bloggers, Life on SkyView and CatTales with Laura. We had an amazing time that I’ll be sharing with you over the next few weeks. It’s about a 3 hr drive from North Iowa and when we arrived we met Alexa from the CVB. She took us to one of her faves, Fiero Pizza.
When you walk in it kind of reminds you of a Subway set up. It’s a make your own pizza type of assembly.
You start with your choice of white or wheat crust, the sauce, and the the cheese. I had a garlic and white sauce with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
After that you add your meat and cheese. I had chorizo, bacon, and artichokes.
We then added feta cheese, black olives, and tomatoes.
Once you’ve picked your toppings they put it on a cooker grill that moves it through and cooks it. I was really surprised at well it baked.
Doesn’t that look delicious?! And delicious it was!
I paired it with a root beer and they had the most delicious cilantro ranch dipping sauce. I loved how light the cilantro was and it tasted fantastic with the crust.
These were are four masterpieces.
The pizzas were some of the best I’ve ever tasted and I loved how quickly the line moved which makes it a perfect place to stop for a quick lunch or sit and chat with friends.
If you’re ever in Sioux Falls you must try it!
I would just love to try this Fiero Pizza. It looks wonderfully delicious, and I am going to try this recipe this weekend.

What a combination of toppings. I’ve never tried artichoke on pizza.

That’s a nifty pizza baking machine. I’d probably pick cilantro ranch dipping sauce too.
Oh I wish we had one of these where I live. Nothing like fresh pizza and these look so good. If I ever get close to Sioux Falls, I’m stopping in.
