Easy Summer Appetizers with RITZ Original Fresh Stacks
Birthdays, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and graduations are upon us. That means lots of get togethers and celebrations. I don’t know about you, but I love get togethers and celebrations. Not only do I get to hang out with friends and family, but both usually come with really good food and conversation.
I love making meals and appetizers for these gatherings. I usually try them out on my hubby first and see what he thinks.
When I was at Walmart I found the RITZ Original Fresh Stacks down the cracker aisle. I also grabbed a few other every day ingredients while I was there to create some easy and delicious snacks and appetizers.
I think the Fresh Stacks are such a great idea since we only eat a serving at a time (5 crackers). It helps them stay fresher longer. RITZ Fresh Stacks Original Crackers and all varieties including the RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter (while supplies last) can now be found in Fresh Stacks, making it easier to bring your RITZ on-the-go.
I made a few varieties to try out and had my husband try them. He couldn’t pick a favorite. He liked them all. He’s also asked me to make more the following day.
Strawberries + Goat Cheese
Slice up some fresh strawberries and sprinkle on some goat cheese. It’s also really good with blueberries.
Pineapple + Ham
I used brown sugar ham and topped it with a piece of pineapple.
Fire Roasted Tomatoes + Balsamic + Mozzarella
I bought a can of fire roasted diced tomatoes and mixed in balsamic vinegar dressing. Then I topped it with a Mozzarella pearl.
This video shows how easy it is to stack up your RITZ Fresh Stacks Crackers. I made a plate for my husband and me. A serving size is 5 crackers.
What do you stack on your RITZ Fresh Stacks Crackers?
