Chicken Alfredo Bake
Some weeks are busier than others and it’s a struggle just thinking about what to make for dinner. I’ve found a recipe that is not only easy to make, but a new favorite in our household.
I always try to keep pasta and pasta sauce, like these from Bertolli in my pantry. I grabbed a rotisserie chicken from the store on my way home and had a plan.
While my pasta was cooking I shredded up the rotisserie chicken.
When the pasta was done cooking I drained it and dumped in my Bertolli Alfredo Sauce and added my chicken. I stirred it all up.
I put half the mixture on the bottom of a pan, sprinkled 1 cup of mozzarella on top, put the rest of the noodle mixture, then another cup of mozzarella. Then I baked it for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Easy peasy!
How amazing does that look? I added fresh parsley too. My husband went back for seconds and thirds then ate more about an hour later. I’d say it was a winner.
This is one we’ll be making again!

This looks like a good recipe to have around. I’m not really a fan of the white cream sauce. I know I like everything that goes in to it to make it. I just like a red sauce so much more.
