Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

This bacon wrapped chicken is not only easy to make, but it’s delicious! Did I mention it’s chicken wrapped in BACON?!  Needless to say my hubby and I both loved it.

I started by cutting up a few boneless and skinless chicken breasts.  I sprinkled them with a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Then you wrap the chicken. I did one slice of bacon per piece of chicken. I laid the chicken bacon wrapped side down on a baking pan sprayed with cooking oil.

I turned on the broiler and broiled them for 4 minutes at a time, turning in between.  Simply Stacie has some great tips on the process here.

They are so good!!

I served them with mashed potatoes and a salad.  Dinner is just that easy!

Enjoy!

It looks like the chicken still has the skin on it, and with bacon too? That doesn’t sound very healthy at all.
