Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
  • cauliflower
  • almond milk
  • gluten free flour
  • 3 tbs EVOO
  • ¼ cup hot sauce, I used Frank's
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 and ½ tsp brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp garlic power
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Break up cauliflower and dip into milk then flour. Place on greased baking pan.
  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together for the sauce.
  5. After the cauliflower is done baking, pour sauce over florets and bake another 5 minutes.
  6. Flip florets and bake an addition 5 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
