I had the opportunity to try these Superfood snacks and they really sustain you! They taste sort of like an energy or health bar.  They have very unique flavor combinations.  My favorite was the Chocolate Cherry Qi.  It only took one to hold me over and 2 for my husband to get full.  These are great to keep around home or the office, especially if you know you may be having a late lunch.  I also love that it’s much healthier to munch on these rather than chips.
