It has been a full week since I started the HCG drops.
I am so excited about all of the progress!!
For the first two days of the week I loaded. I had to eat a lot of food and I felt like a pig. It really helps though when you start your low calorie diet. It keeps the hunger at bay. I was a bit hungry on days 3 and 4 (my first two days of my low calorie diet). Now that I’m on day 8 I’m feeling great. My body has totally adjusted to my new diet and I have lost 11 pounds! Yes, I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks! I am more than thrilled.
I am also learning more appropriate portions and foods to eat. I can’t wait to see what the next week holds!
