I had the chance to try out the 48 hour diet.  I have to admit, I was skeptical at first.  I didn’t know how it was possible to lose up to 10 pounds in just 2 days, so I figured, “What do I have to lose?”  (hopefully 10 pounds!)  The whole juice bottle is your 2 day diet (you can drink lots of water throughout the 48 hours).  I mixed 4 oz of the juice with 4 oz of water and drank it 4 times a day.  I love the taste of the juice! I would drink it daily just for the taste.  It consists of a special formulation of all-natural juices and botanical extracts that helps dieters lose weight naturally. It is fortified with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and essential oils.   I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up the second day with a 2 lb loss.  At the end of the 2 days I had lost a total of 6 pounds.  This is a great tool to jumpstart a diet or before  you need to fit into a dress or bathing suit.  Obviously if you go straight back to eating the way you did before you started the diet, you will put the weight back on.  Because this detoxifies and gives you a fast weight loss, it is a great jump start to eating healthy.

    After gaining the freshman 15 in college, I went on a crash diet where I only had a bagel for breakfast and a salad with a hard boiled egg for lunch (no dinner). I lost 40 lbs but developed hepatitis and mononucleosis! I was in bed for 6 weeks. Not good.

    the craziest diet i’ve ever done was toast for breakfast, a very small salad for lunch, and very tiny portions for supper..paired with a lot of crunches and push ups at night before bed…i DID lost 10 pounds in 2 months doing that tho…might have to start goin back to it lol
