I was very excited to try Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free line! My favorite is the Steel Cut Oats. It makes fantastic oatmeal! I have missed having oatmeal in the morning and I’m so glad I can again. It leaves me feeling full and satisfied. Another favorite was their Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. They’re excellent!! A lot of times gluten free can equal dry, but that is not the case here. They’re moist and delicious. The munchkins loved them!! I also got to try the Pizza Crust Mix. This was fantastic too! And I love that I can put the toppings on it that I want as opposed to what is available in gluten free. This tastes much better than frozen pizza too!
